  1、梨1個、銀耳半朵、紅棗4顆、枸杞6個、冰糖适量、桂圓2個、清水1.2L。

  2、用刮皮器把梨子削成薄片。

  3、銀耳泡發,把銀耳撕成小朵,去除梗部。

  4、砂鍋倒水燒開後,放入所有備料。

  5、小火慢炖1小時,随後攪拌即可。
