  1、黃油碗裡加入白砂糖,隔熱水融化,用打蛋器打蓬松,顔色變淺,逐個加入蛋黃打蓬松。

  2、加葡萄幹,篩入面粉,抓勻,揉成面團,揉搓成小圓團,然後用手捏成小方塊;也可以擀面杖擀成片,再切塊。

  3、刷上蛋黃液入烤箱,160度,20分鐘即可完成。
