青菜、香菜、香蔥洗淨、油豆腐用水沖洗一下。
鍋中燒開水後放入洋蔥絲。
加入蒜片，水開後倒入油豆腐大火煮兩分鐘。
下入青菜。
倒入香菜末和蔥花同煮，加入鹽、雞精後關火。
另起一鍋，倒入香油。
油熱後下花椒粒煸香。
倒進湯中即可。
