姜絲臘肉蒸剝皮牛怎麼做

  1、材料:剝皮牛600克、姜絲30克、臘肉50克、蒸魚醬油30毫升、魚露5毫升、花生油50毫升,鹽适量。

  2、臘肉洗淨切片備用;

  3、剝皮牛去皮去内髒,洗淨後用刀在兩邊背部直劃一刀(以便于蒸制時火候均勻)。

  4、用布吸去水分,再以适量鹽拌勻後上碟,在魚身上鋪上臘肉片,然後加少許花生油,入蒸爐蒸7分鐘,然後拿出,倒去水分,擺上姜絲,把花生油加熱至剛起白煙,然後淋在姜絲上,最後加入蒸魚豉油和少許魚露便成。
