辣炒毛豆雞丁的做法

  1、雞胸肉切成一厘米左右大的肉丁,放入料酒和生粉,一茶匙鹽拌勻腌制三十分鐘。

  2、毛豆去皮留豆放入水中煮,水開後再煮5分鐘後撈起備用。

  3、鍋内放入适量油,倒入辣椒翻炒,倒入雞胸肉翻炒到稍微變白色,倒入毛豆翻炒均勻。

  4、倒入适量清水,要差不多沒過雞肉,倒入生抽和老抽,煮10分鐘左右,最後倒入澱粉水收汁即可。
