  1、首先把雞鴨處理幹淨,跟豬骨一起用水徹底沖刷幹淨,豬骨敲開;

  2、大湯鍋裡把雞鴨豬骨都放進去,姜塊約1斤拍散、蔥一斤系成結放進去;

  3、加夠水之後,大火燒開撈去浮沫之類的,然後轉小火炖煮4個小時左右;

  4、末了濾去湯渣就得到了最後的湯底了,按照口胃停止調味就好。
