  1、準備姿勢:面向牆站立,雙掌平舉前伸貼牆面,指尖向上,雙掌距離與肩同寬,雙腳并攏。

  2、完整動作:身體前趨,保持身體正直,手肘向兩肋回收,不要外展,至額頭觸碰到牆面,再恢複原位。

  3、剛開始練的時候,用另一隻手做輔助,不徹底背到後面去,找到平衡感後再慢慢試着隻用一隻手做。
