  1、紅參會有點硬,我們拿一塊新紗布,蘸上50~60攝氏度的溫開水,然後裹住紅參,使紅參潤濕,直至捏上去有點軟,就可以切片了。

  2、對于質量好的紅參,可以用低溫烘烤的方法讓它軟化。打開電爐,電熱絲變紅之後,就把爐子關掉,用餘熱烘烤紅參。用紗布蘸一點涼水,把紅參包裹起來,放到冰箱冷藏室裡,第二天就會變軟了再切片。
