  1、飲食療法糖炒山楂功能:清肺、消食。尤其是對付吃肉過多引起的積食。

  2、做法:取紅糖适量(如有發熱的症狀,可改用白糖或冰糖),入鍋用小火炒化(為防炒焦,可加少量水),加入去核的山楂适量,再炒5-6分鐘,聞到酸甜味即可。

  3、每頓飯後吃一點。
