  1、鹵水豆腐1塊,大蔥、蝦醬、八角、蚝油、生抽、水澱粉适量。

  2、豆腐切塊,蔥切蔥花備用。

  3、熱鍋涼油放入一粒八角煸出香味後放入蔥花、兩小勺蝦醬、豆腐、蚝油、生抽,炒勻後倒入适量水。小火咕嘟幾分鐘。

  4、待豆腐炖熟倒入少量水澱粉收濃湯汁即可。
