  1、發菜50克,黑木耳150克,人參10克(鮮者20克)。

  2、菜用清水浸泡,龍蝦拆肉,鮮貝切碎。

  3、内脂豆腐用刀劃碎,稍微炒一下出香。

  4、加入1000毫升的水,加鹽,放入龍蝦肉和鮮貝,煮沸後勾芡。

  5、在湯盆中放少許胡椒粉和香油,将湯盛在盆裡即可。
