做辣椒醬的方法

  1、制作方法:

  (1)把鮮辣椒洗幹淨後掠幹水分,大蒜去皮,番茄去皮去籽;

  (2)把上述材料丢進攪拌機裡打碎,倒入幹淨的碗裡;

  (3)加入白醋、白糖和鹽拌入味;

  (4)裝入幹淨無異味的玻璃瓶裡,封保鮮膜封蓋放置半個月後即可開吃;

  2、注意事項:

  (1)放調味料時,鹹淡要控制好;

  (2)直接泡制的手工剁蒜蓉辣椒醬,操作過程中不能占上生水、油份或其它異味;

  (3)加入少許高度白酒,這樣辣椒醬的味道更香!
