  1、新鮮的三文魚去皮,切成大塊。洋蔥切細絲備用。時令水果切成小丁。

  2、鍋中放入黃油,用小火慢慢加熱至黃油融化,改成中火,放入三文魚塊,加入檸檬汁,雙面煎至魚的正反兩面魚肉變色。但魚肉的中間,略微有紅色,這樣的魚才好吃,不能煎的太老。

  3、将煎好的魚盛出,洗淨鍋後,倒入紅酒,淋入生抽,大火煮開後,淋入水澱粉勾芡。

  4、将紅酒醬汁淋在三文魚上,配上水果丁即可。
