  1、揀去韭菜中的老葉、莖衣、老梗、雜草等,洗淨後瀝水,再切成約4厘米長的段,待用。

  2、将炒鍋置于旺火加熱,倒入食油燒至八成熱時,推入韭菜,随即快速煸炒數下,加入精鹽和味精,煸炒數下至熟就可起鍋裝盤。
