  1、将豆幹切塊泡在水裡。

  2、在鍋内加入适量清水,再加入八角、幹辣椒、香葉。

  3、接着加入桂皮、生抽和花椒,将水燒開。

  4、加入豆幹,再次将水燒開即可。

  5、煮好的豆腐幹撈出碼入容器将料汁澆入,盡可能的浸泡住豆腐幹.待自然冷卻後封上蓋子放冰箱12小時即可。
