  1、将雞蛋打入碗中,充分攪打均勻,加入開水和鹽攪打均勻, 溫度大概在60度左右,加幾滴香油。

  2、将攪打好的雞蛋液至少過篩兩次,倒入蒸碗中,放入燒開水的蒸鍋中,小火蒸十分鐘。

  3、然後出鍋後撒少許蔥花,不加香油和醬油。
