  1、黑豆中含有豐富的維生素E、VE也是一種抗氧化劑,能清除體内自由基,減少皮膚皺紋,保持青春健美。黑豆中粗纖維含量高達4%,常食黑豆可提供食物中的粗纖維,促進消化,防止便秘發生。

  2、海帶炖黑豆

  (1)把黑豆洗淨,去雜質;豬瘦肉洗淨,切4厘米見方的塊,海帶洗淨、切絲;姜切片,蔥切段;

  (2)把海帶、黑豆、豬瘦肉、姜、蔥放入炖鍋内,加水600毫升;

  (3)把炖鍋置武火上燒沸,打去浮沫,再用文火炖煮1小時,加入鹽拌勻即成;
