  1、準備鹽1小撮,糖粉30克,雞蛋1個,黃油80克,低粉180克,番茄醬1勺,椰絲1勺,高粱米粉1把。

  2、将黃油在室溫下加糖粉、鹽打發,繼續加雞蛋打發均勻。

  3、加入番茄醬攪拌均勻。

  4、篩入低粉,高粱粉,翻拌均勻。

  5、分成若幹劑子,撮圓按扁放入烤盤,在圓餅上用食指按一下即可。

  6、烤箱預熱180度,上層,上下火20分鐘。
