  1、丹參+山楂:丹參味苦,性微寒,具有活血祛瘀、涼血消癰、養血安神的作用。丹參配山楂,不僅有助于降血脂,還能起到保護心血管的作用。

  2、做法:取丹參15克、山楂15克洗淨曬幹或是烘幹後,研成粗末,充分混合均勻後分成兩份;每次取一份丹參山楂粉用沸水沖泡,加蓋悶15分鐘即可飲用,一份可以連續沖泡3~5次。
