  1、将處理幹淨的豬腰平鋪到砧闆上,深度為三分之二,平行線斜切完,轉90度第一刀不切斷第二刀切斷,以此類推,最後将每片大概斷成4-5厘米一片即可。

  2、青椒切滾刀片,青蒜切斜段;

  3、用少許生抽将腰花碼味,撒少許生粉拌勻,下鍋前倒入濾勺瀝去多餘的水分;

  4、坐鍋燒油,下腰花滑炒散開,變色迅速撈出;

  5、餘油開大火,倒入青椒和青蒜(葉子留最後放)炒香,适量調鹽,跟着加入滑好的腰片和青蒜葉子翻勻,淋醬油蚝油撒雞精起鍋即可。
