砂鍋海米豆腐怎麼做

  1、主料:豆腐(南)500克;輔料:蝦米25克,莴筍25克,蘑菇(鮮蘑)25克,油菜心30克;調料:色拉油25克,味精2克,鹽3克。

  2、海米用溫水泡洗幹淨;

  3、筍切薄片;蘑菇切片;

  4、菜心洗淨,一剖兩開;

  5、豆腐切方塊放入沙鍋内,加入海米、筍片、蘑菇片、精鹽、味精、高湯,炖至豆腐内起孔;

  6、再放入菜心、色拉油燒開,即可上桌食用。
