1、首先下載一個itunes。可以通過軟件下載，也可以通過蘋果官網下載。有itunes的可直接打開。
2、進入itunes以後，手機連接數據線，同時按住手機開機鍵與home鍵不要放，直到手機按出itunes圖标後松手。
3、此時itunes會自動彈出一個窗口，提示您是否允許電腦訪問iphone，點擊繼續。
4、點擊繼續以後則繼續出現窗口，有兩個選項，點擊恢複。
5、點擊恢複以後會出現窗口提示，選擇恢複并更新。
6、系統軟件下好以後，直接恢複并更新手機，等恢複好以後激活手機即可使用。
