  1、用食用油爆炒花椒、姜片,花椒和姜片最好鋪滿整個油層範圍,出香味後撈出花椒和姜片丢掉不要。

  2、繼續放入蔥白和蒜碎爆炒,直至微黃後關火。再往油中加入生抽、醋、白糖、花椒粉、辣椒油以及一層熟芝麻混合均勻,雞絲涼面調料就做好啦。
