  1、原料:粳米400g,牛肉200g。調料:味精、五香粉各3g,黃酒8g,蔥段、精鹽各10g,姜塊5g。

  2、洗淨牛肉,剁成肉末。将粳米淘洗幹淨。

  3、将鍋置火上,倒入開水燒沸,放入蔥段、姜塊(拍松)、牛肉末、黃酒、五香粉煮沸,撈出蔥、姜,倒入粳米,煮成粥,用精鹽、味精調成鹹鮮味即可食用。
