1、吸水後幹燥。由于天氣過于濕冷，地闆自主做出了排濕措施，導緻空氣中的水分被地闆吸收，引起膨脹，空氣再一幹燥就會開裂。2、長期曝曬。由于木地闆都是含有一定的水量，在陽光下長時間暴曬會導緻出現幹縮現象，從而導緻地闆開裂。3、鋪裝不合格。在鋪地闆之前，基層沒有做平整導緻，木材的握釘能力降低，龍骨的安裝出現松動，長時間在上面走動，就會将木闆踩壞。
