  1、材料:雞翅250克,鮮檸檬100克,姜片、鹽各适量。

  2、雞翅洗淨,去淨絨毛,入沸水鍋中焯透,撈出瀝水。

  3、鮮檸檬切片,備用。

  4、将雞翅放入煲内,倒入清水燒沸,加入姜片,煲至雞翅軟爛,放入切好的檸檬片稍煮,用鹽調味即成。
