南瓜綠豆雪耳羹的做法

  1、原料:南瓜400克、雪耳1朵、綠豆芯80克、冰糖适量。

  2、南瓜、雪耳、綠豆、冰糖備好;

  3、綠豆芯洗淨灰塵,雪耳隔夜泡發,沖洗掉灰塵等小雜質,将泡發的雪耳去除黃色的蒂,然後用手撕碎備用;

  4、南瓜去皮切成薄片備用;

  5、将雪耳和綠豆芯放電飯煲裡,兌上适量的水,炖煮一個半小時;

  6、将南瓜薄片放入蒸鍋裡蒸至微軟;

  7、用勺子将南瓜薄片壓成南瓜泥備用;

  8、将南瓜泥倒入電飯煲裡;

  9、放入适量的冰糖,煮至微開即可。
