  1、蝦洗淨去掉蝦腸,放入姜片和蒜片,按口味調入适量鹽,冷水入鍋煮。

  2、煮開後一分鐘。關火。然後不要撈出,泡着兩個小時。

  3、兩小時候瀝幹水分撈出,烤盤墊上錫紙,鋪在烤盤上。

  4、蝦入烤箱,上下火,中層,250度,烘烤一小時,中途翻面一次。

  5、簡單的四季烤蝦就做好啦!
