  1、将魚的内髒掏空,放在10%的食鹽水中浸泡,可保存數日不變質;

  2、将魚直接放入冰箱或冰櫃進行冷凍,可以達到保鮮效果;

  3、用芥末塗遍魚身和魚肚内部,然後把魚裝入保鮮袋并紮緊袋口,可以達到保鮮的效果;

  4、把魚放在80-90度的熱水中,稍燙至外表發白時就撈出來,放涼後包上保鮮膜冷藏保存即可。
