  1、原料:糯米粉50克、普通面粉100克、紅糖50克、白糖20克、開水約150ml、油适量。

  2、将糯米粉和面粉混合均勻,一邊倒入開水一邊用筷子攪拌,直到面粉結塊後改用手搓揉,揉至面團光滑後備用;

  3、将紅糖和白糖混合均勻,雙手抹上一層薄油,将面團取出在案闆上揉勻,平均分成4-5厘米長的劑子,用手按扁捏成面皮,包上糖,封口處捏攏收緊,輕輕按壓成小餅狀;

  4、鍋中加入油燒到3成熱,放入餅胚用中火慢慢炸至金黃,炸糕浮起來即可撈出。
