  1、原料:老豆腐250克、紅椒1個、蒜苔2根、蚝油1大勺、生抽1勺、鹽1小勺、香油3大勺。

  2、豆腐切成小塊待用;

  3、蒜苔、紅椒切成小粒待用;

  4、鍋裡下2大勺油燒熱,放入豆腐塊,撒上鹽,中火慢煎;

  5、慢火煎至金黃色,翻其另一面煎黃(用小火煎)即可盛出;

  6、另起鍋下1勺油燒熱,放入蒜苔、紅椒粒翻炒一會;

  7、倒入生抽和加入少量清水拌開的蚝油,攪拌均勻煮一會即好;

  8、把做好的醬汁淋到豆腐上,拌勻即可開吃。
