  1、椰子雞湯:雞肉切小塊,焯水撈出,椰子去水放在紗布上,開口取果肉,椰肉剔除黑皮,切小條,過濾椰汁。

  2、将椰汁倒入鍋中,下雞塊、椰肉、馬蹄、黨參、紅棗,加水沒過食材,蓋上蓋子,大火燒開後轉小火,慢炖40分鐘即可。

  3、原盅椰子雞:椰子開蓋放在碗中,加将配料和雞肉,加鹽,加椰子汁,加上蓋子蒸2小時即可,可以調配醬料蘸着吃。
