1、鍋中放入涼水，沸水煮面。
2、添加調味料，一步一步來，一樣也不能少。
3、調料放齊，加入提味菜，加湯攪勻（等開鍋後可以舀出适量面湯）。
4、開鍋後面條還沒熟，此時可以放入事先切好的青菜。
5、确定面條和青菜都熟了，關火盛出。
