  1、新鮮海蝦一隻,羊蠍子8小塊,面條1份,蔥花,香菜,肉料包,老抽,鹽,味精。

  2、羊蠍子過水,油燒開下鍋燒變色,放肉料包家老抽,加溫水少許鹽味精,用小火炖一到二個小時,也可用高壓鍋蒸。

  3、把面條下鍋煮八成熟撈出用冷水沖放到碗中,羊蠍子快好時把蝦放到湯中熟時撈出放到面條上撒蔥花。

  4、最後用滾開的羊蠍子燙澆在面上就可以吃了,色,香,味俱全。
