1、準備好用料:生菜200g,食鹽、醋、雞精、姜、蒜、花椒、生抽各适量。

2、将生菜洗淨用淡鹽水浸泡後瀝幹水分。

3、用鹽,生抽,白糖,醋調成味汁。

4、鍋燒熱放油,放入幹辣椒段,蒜茸,姜末和花椒爆香後關火。

5、鍋中加入生菜,再将調好的味汁倒入。拌勻即可。
