  1、食材:鮮柿子2個,大米100克,白糖适量;

  2、做法:将鮮柿子擇洗幹淨,榨汁備用。取大米淘淨,放入鍋中,加清水适量煮粥,待熟時調入柿子汁、白糖等,煮至粥熟服食,每日1劑。

  3、用這道柿子粥可以清熱潤燥,生津止渴。适用于肺燥及秋燥咳嗽、酒後煩渴、小便黃短等。
