1、幼鴿脹氣，在鴿飼養中最為省常見，其病症、輕重不一。
2、主要因産氣細菌感染或繼發于氣囊破裂，念珠菌、毛滴蟲等病。
3、手觸嗉囊，如充氣不足的氣球。一般繼發于念珠菌、毛滴蟲等病時，患病鴿子會出現張口甩頭，少食或廢食，精神萎靡等。
4、如果嚴重當然須要治療了，輕微的可以隔離餓一餓，等消了喂點易消化的食物在喂點食母生，如果太嚴重就隻有開刀動手術了。
