醬腌蘿蔔經典腌制方法

  1、新鮮白蘿蔔5000克,粗鹽50克,甜面醬800克。

  2、将蘿蔔洗淨瀝幹水分切成長條。放入缸内,加粗鹽攪拌均勻,用石頭壓實腌制2-3天,将蘿蔔撈出,瀝幹鹽水;

  3、倒掉缸内鹵汁,将缸洗淨擦幹倒入瀝淨水的蘿蔔條加甜面醬拌勻。蓋好缸蓋,醬制10天左右即可。
