  1、用涼水把荞麥粉調成稀漿盛在大碗裡,上籠蒸熟,晾涼。

  2、把蒜泥50g、醬油15g、醋30g、辣椒油10g、芥末糊15g、味精0.2g、精鹽2g同放在一個碗裡調均勻。

  3、把碗坨用小刀削成面魚兒,碼在碗裡,把調料澆在上面即可。
