  1、主料:豬肉100克。輔料:蒜苔300克、蘑菇200克。調料:鹽适量、雞粉适量、蒜2瓣、料酒适量、生抽适量、植物油适量。

  2、将豬肉切絲加少許料酒、澱粉拌勻備用。

  3、蒜苔洗淨切寸段,蘑菇洗淨,蒜切片備用。

  4、炒鍋注油燒熱,下蒜片爆香,下入豬肉絲煸炒,倒少許料酒和生抽。

  5、下入蘑菇煸炒,蘑菇會出點水,見水變少之後,下蒜苔煸炒即可。
