甜酒羅非魚做法

  1、材料:新鮮羅非魚,甜酒一碗,姜絲,一小勺醋,鹽,幾顆枸杞

  2、作法:

  1)羅非魚宰殺好,洗淨(特别是肚肚裡的黑膜),在魚肉上劃上幾刀,用鹽一茶匙和幾滴料酒給魚摸勻全身,備用。

  2)鍋内倒約一碗油,八九成熱時,把魚擦幹水分,沾上幹澱粉入鍋炸至表面稍黃,撈出,再等油溫升高再次投魚入鍋炸至金黃,取出瀝幹多餘的油,裝盤。

  3)一小勺油把姜絲爆香,甜酒入鍋煮開,撒上枸杞,把醋倒入,鹽調味,水澱粉勾芡,把汁澆在炸好的魚身上即可。
