  1、主料:絲瓜150g、花蛤200g、香菇30g。

  2、輔料:鹽适量、油适量、芝麻油适量、胡椒粉适量、蒜片适量。

  3、鍋中放少量油,爆香蒜片。

  4、加入去皮切滾刀塊的絲瓜和斜刀片的香菇翻炒。

  5、加入花蛤。

  6、加入适量水,待湯汁燒開,花蛤開口時,加鹽、芝麻油、胡椒粉調味即可。
