  2、柿子含糖、蛋白質、粗纖維、胡蘿蔔素、鈣、磷、鐵等元素和多種維生素。柿子具有清熱解毒、降壓止血、通便的作用。柿子性寒孕婦不能多吃。不能空腹食用,更不能與酸性食物同食。

  3、柿子中的維生素尤其是維生素C含量非常高,可以幫助胎寶寶健康生長,增強免疫力,保護大腦正常發育。
