廣東蘿蔔泡菜的方法

  1、材料:白蘿蔔500克、黃瓜150克、大蔥1小段(或不放)。調料:鹽1.5小匙、白醋1大匙、白糖1/2大匙、辣椒粉1/2大匙、雞精1/4小匙。

  2、蘿蔔洗淨去皮擦成絲;黃瓜洗淨擦成絲;加鹽拌勻,腌15分鐘;

  3、蘿蔔腌軟後攥幹水分,加入其他調料拌勻;

  4、裝入容器中,密封冷藏,一兩天後待蘿蔔的苦辣味去除,酸甜味進入,即可食用。
