  1、主料:蘑菇300克、莴苣300克。

  2、調料:植物油20克、大蔥8克、姜5克、料酒10克、鹽3克、味精1克、香油2克。

  3、将蘑菇去蒂洗淨切片;

  4、莴苣去外皮、葉,洗淨切片,均放入沸水鍋中焯一下,撈出用涼水過涼;

  5、蔥姜洗淨,分别切段、片備用;

  6、鍋中放油燒至六成熱,爆香蔥段、姜片,加莴筍片、蘑菇片翻炒;

  7、加入料酒、鹽、味精,淋上香油炒勻即可。
