  1、材料:蝦100克、蘑菇150克、蛤蜊100克、蒜片10克、精鹽、料酒、百裡香葉各少許。

  2、淨鍋摻清水1200克,上火燒沸後,将洗幹淨的蝦、蛤蜊和蘑菇同放鍋裡,随後加入蒜片,調入精鹽和料酒,煮熟後起鍋裝碗,撒上百裡香葉即可。
