  1、酸豆角氽水後待用,

  2、雞胗洗淨切小塊,放入油鍋中滑熟,

  3、姜、蒜洗淨切末,

  4、把鍋中餘油燒熱,放入姜、蒜炒香,加入酸豆角、雞胗翻炒,加入醬油、料酒、鹽、糖、味精炒勻即可。

  5、特點:脆嫩爽口,微酸開胃。

  6、妙招:把雞胗倒入油鍋滑炒的時候動作一定要快,防止雞胗變硬變老。
