  1、原料:鳝魚200克,胡蘿蔔300克,植物油30克,精鹽、醬油、醋各适量。

  2、鳝魚洗淨,切成細絲。胡蘿蔔去根,洗淨,切絲。

  3、鍋上火,放入植物油燒熱,倒入鳝魚絲、胡蘿蔔絲翻炒,加入精鹽、醬油、醋炒勻炒熟,出鍋裝盤即成。
