  1、材料:花蛤400克、姜10克、蔥10克。調味料:鹽7克、味精6克、花雕酒6毫升、香油8毫升、蚝油5克。

  2、花蛤用清水養1小時,待其吐沙,洗淨,再将其沸水。姜切片,蔥切段;

  3、鍋中燒油,爆香姜,下花蛤爆炒。

  4、下蔥花,調味料調味,勾芡即可。
