  1、準備材料。西蘭花200克,大蒜20克,幹辣椒10克,生抽10克,花椒粒6克,色拉油10克。

  2、西蘭花切小朵,洗淨,起鍋放水,燒開放入西蘭花,放入少許鹽,煮2分鐘左右,煮到軟硬适合。

  3、撈出西蘭花控幹水分,放入蒜末,和生抽。

  4、起鍋放入花椒粒和少量油,炒至花椒出香味,不能炒焦,濾出花椒,油溫稍微下降點,(防止辣椒炸糊)放入幹辣椒段,然後迅速到入蒜末上。

  5、拌勻即可。
